To run a safe program.
To offer students the opportunity to learn rowing from experienced coaches who are dedicated to the sport.
To include all students who express a sincere interest in learning to row.
To build positive relationships between the Club and the East Hampton community.
To establish traditions and expectations that allow the Club to develop a distinctive, positive culture and identity.
To establish a club support framework that allows it to develop over time.
To develop student skills in the sport so they can compete with other schools in the Connecticut Public Schools Rowing Association (CPSRA).
To upgrade our equipment so that our students can compete with other schools in the CPSRA.
